Please note: Andrea does not offer dry needling Andrea was born and raised in Vancouver and earned her Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Growing up, she played a variety of sports, with a particular focus on competitive field hockey at the provincial and collegiate levels, shaping her love of movement and interest in sport-specific rehabilitation. Before pursuing physiotherapy, Andrea completed an undergraduate degree in business and spent several years working in marketing. This experience grounded her passion for understanding people, building relationships, and supporting meaningful progress. She enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels and has experience supporting high-performance athletes, post-operative clients, youth with neurological conditions, and workplace injuries. She understands how frustrating long-term or recurring injuries can be and works collaboratively with clients to look beyond symptoms and address underlying movement patterns. Her approach is grounded in current research and ongoing education. She blends advanced manual therapy training, Pilates-based movement, exercise-focused rehabilitation, and clear, practical patient education. With Andrea, sessions are collaborative, supportive, and realistic. She believes rehab works best when plans are individualized and fit real life. Outside the clinic, you can find her on the local slopes, at the driving range, or on a mission to find Vancouver’s best coffee and croissant.
