Christine is a driven physiotherapist who is motivated to help you achieve your goals and get back to doing what you love. Growing up in athletics, Christine experienced her fair share of injuries, exposing her to physiotherapy’s benefits. Her passion for helping others and interest in the human body, athletics, and injuries drew her to study kinesiology at the University of Maryland where she earned a Bachelor of Science. She competed in the NCAA’s Big Ten conference for 5 years on the track and cross-country team. She returned home to earn a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. During her time there, she was exposed to various physiotherapy techniques and found her rhythm treating clients using a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education. Christine also had the unique experience of working at David L. MacIntosh Sports Medicine Clinic where she worked directly with the U of T Women’s Lacrosse team. Not only did she treat in-clinic, but also provided field-side care during practices and games to ensure the student-athletes were at their best and ready to perform. Christine has completed several of the orthopedic level courses as well as dry needling certification to help her clients get back to doing what they love to do. Outside of the clinic, Christine enjoys running around the trails of KW, going to the gym, golfing, attending spin classes, skiing, baking delicious desserts, and making fancy coffees.
