I am a graduate of Chicago School of Massage Therapy/Cortiva Institute. I specialize in Stress reduction/ Relaxation to Clinical & Therapeutic massage. I like to think of myself as your re-set button. I am known for my warmth and genuine compassion utilizing intuition and technical skill to provide a touch that allows clients to release and let go. I have CranioSacral Therapy training through the Upledger Institute, that incorporates beautifully into my naturally rhythmic therapeutic style. Therapists may utilize a variety of trained techniques to release soft tissue restrictions and/or patterns of dysfunction. Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It can be used for chronically tight or painful muscles, repetitive strain, postural problems, or recovery from injury.
