Hi I’m Tammy, a lifelong resident of Vancouver, who’s on a mission to support my community’s well-being through the restorative power of touch. My journey into massage therapy began with my own personal experience of injury and chronic pain and the relief I found through manual therapy. It was this healing experience that inspired me to become a massage therapist – to help others find the same relief and renewal that I have. Through my studies and exposure, I’ve witnessed firsthand the body’s incredible capacity for healing, and I’m dedicated to helping others tap into that innate ability to restore balance and feel their best. My background in organic horticulture has given me a deep appreciation for the harmony of natural systems. As I began studying the human body, I saw so many parallels between the two—how each part of the body plays a vital role in supporting the whole. This perspective has not only enriched my understanding but also deepened my passion for the work I do. It feels both intuitive and exciting to apply this holistic approach to my practice. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relaxation, I am here to help you. I would love to meet with you, discuss your needs, and explore how we can work together to support your healing journey.
