Lindsay is a lover of movement, particularly if it involves climbing mountains. As a former collegiate soccer player, strength & conditioning coach, and kinesiologist, Lindsay understands the importance of being able to move pain-free and with confidence — and the effort it takes to get there. Experiencing her own injuries, in particular tearing her ACL, Lindsay was fascinated with the recovery process. Watching her body relearn how to move — and realizing how much the right guidance mattered along the way — eventually pulled her toward physiotherapy as a career. It's also where her belief that movement is the best medicine took root, a principle that still anchors how she treats every patient today. Lindsay earned her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University in Australia, then spent two years practicing on the Gold Coast, working with a diverse caseload spanning sport, both acute and chronic injuries, as well as vestibular and neurological conditions — including a particular interest in treating vertigo, headaches and balance disorders. Her clinical approach blends manual therapy techniques with personalized exercise programs, focusing on correcting muscle imbalances and movement patterns to restore strength, function, and confidence — ensuring every treatment plan fits your lifestyle and goals. Outside the clinic, you'll find Lindsay immersed in the outdoors — hiking, trail running, biking, and skiing; and always with a cup of coffee.
