Joyce completed her massage therapy program at Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic, where she received her registered massage therapist license in 2009. She also has an undergraduate Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo. Joyce helps treat a variety of conditions from tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back pain, and other various ailments. Joyce’s time in massage school has also given her the special expertise in treating clients with multiple sclerosis, clients undergoing cancer treatment, and patients with high-risk pregnancies. In addition to massage therapy, Joyce is also a labour doula and infant massage therapist. Her passion for supporting women during their pregnancy and her love of children led her to complete her certification in 2012, studying with Trimesters: Massage Therapy Education. As a doula and infant massage instructor, Joyce provides personalized home care for expectant mothers, as well as group infant massage therapy sessions. With effective massage techniques, Joyce believes in providing the most beneficial care to both mothers and infants before and after labour. When Joyce is not working she loves to spend time with her family. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves nature. She also enjoys watching professional basketball and hockey.
