Meet Brynn, a compassionate RMT devoted to prioritizing client well-being through evidence-based practice. Known for her empathy and human-centered care, Brynn is committed to establishing a safe space for every individual. Originally from the Lower Mainland, Brynn relocated to Kelowna to be closer to her family. Brynn has always taken an interest in human anatomy and had a desire to learn about the complexity of the human body. After training and working as a physical and occupational therapy assistant in acute care, she chose to pursue massage therapy at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Brynn brings experience in treating various conditions, including orthopedic and sports injuries, headaches, TMJ dysfunction and chronic pain. Her special interest extends to addressing muscle imbalances, headache management, and the creation of functional scar tissue. During her treatments, she uses a range of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, deep tissue, and Swedish massage. She understands that everyone is unique, and she tailors each session to the specific needs of the individual, ensuring a personalized and effective approach. You can expect a well-rounded practitioner playing nice music. In her spare time, you can find Brynn enjoying the outdoors, weightlifting, crafting, and cozying up with her two cats.
