I’m passionate about empowering people and getting you out of pain. My focus is bringing ease to your life, work, and movement. I have experienced firsthand the therapeutic benefits of manual therapy for my own injuries. It’s an honour to apply my experience and training to support you. My treatment approach is primarily fascial and neurological. Fascia is the highly communicative network of connective tissue that is interwoven throughout the body. Working at a comfortable depth for the nervous system encourages the calm it needs to allow and integrate deeply transformative therapy. I graduated from the 3,000-hour diploma program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2011. Since then I have built busy RMT practices in North Vancouver, downtown Vancouver, Kitsilano, Qualicum Beach, and Squamish. In my 6 years of RMT practice I have sought out senior RMTs from whom I’ve received additional training in myofascial release, Integral Anatomy, ligamentous articular strain technique, and osteopathic craniosacral therapy. I love learning from my teachers, colleagues, and patients. One of my favourite aspects of RMT work is sharing knowledge that is specific and relevant to you in order to help get you out of pain, perform optimally, and enjoy life to the fullest. I lived on Cortes as a boy and am overjoyed to be living here again! It’s been my dream for several years and I’m so grateful to Terri Storey, RMT for inviting me back to the island. Many thanks to the Klahoose First Nation for the beautiful space at the Klahoose Health Centre. I am deeply honoured to be part of the healthcare team supporting the Cortes community.
