Ariana is certified in Hot Stone Massage Therapy, Ligament Articular Strain Technique, Dermoneuromodulation, advanced joint mobilizations and has special practice with child-bearing persons. Ariana graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy program in 2015, and has been practicing massage therapy since November 2015. For as long as she can remember, Ariana has had a desire to help other people. In her years of practice, she has developed special interest pre- and post-natal care, women’s health, paediatric care, TMJ massage and athletic injuries. Ariana believes mental health through relaxation is imperative to one’s wellness and incorporates both relaxing Swedish massage into her therapeutic treatments plans. She continues to expand her knowledge in relation to women’s health, pain science and sports medicine by attending courses available and reading articles on these subjects. On her days off, Ariana is usually taking a nap with her dog, playing video games or researching her latest hyperfixation, which is currently Dungeons and Dragons. Ariana also participates in activities like escape rooms, swimming and recreational volleyball.
