Alifya is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario who is passionate about helping individuals move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities they enjoy. She provides evidence-based, patient-centered care and works closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans based on their goals, lifestyle, and unique needs. Alifya has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and age-related conditions. Her treatment approach incorporates manual therapy, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and therapeutic modalities to support recovery and improve function. Known for her warm, compassionate, and approachable nature, Alifya strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey. She believes that education is a key part of recovery and enjoys helping patients better understand their condition so they can take an active role in achieving their goals. Alifya is fluent in English and Hindi and welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds.
