Sushmeet (Sushi) Anand is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy at the top of her class. She is passionate about helping patients feel better, move more comfortably, and improve their overall physical well-being through individualized massage therapy. Sushmeet incorporates a variety of Swedish and deep tissue techniques into her treatments, including myofascial release and trigger point therapy. She adjusts her approach based on each patient’s needs, whether they are experiencing muscle tension and soreness, recovering from physical strain, or simply looking to maintain their mobility and overall wellness. She also offers hot stone massage, using heated basalt stones alongside manual therapy to help relax tight muscles and provide a calming treatment experience. This can be particularly beneficial for patients who prefer a gentler approach while still addressing areas of muscular tension.
