Shannon trained at CCMH and has over a decade of experience as an RMT. In addition to being trained in swedish massage therapy, she also has experience in Eastern techniques and has several years experience in Thai massage. Shannon has adapted traditional Thai massage to offer table Thai massage which shares common techniques with Shiatsu, Tui-Na, and Korean meridian massage. These techniques are especially helpful for athletes who have tight lower body muscles and need stretching and massage techniques incorporated into the treatment. Shannon often fuses both Eastern and Western massage techniques during her treatments depending on each client’s individual needs. Shannon also offers: Thai foot reflexology, Indian Head Massage, cupping, aromatherapy massage.
