Hi! My name is Desirae Lovell, I recently moved to Southern Utah from Kauai, HI to be closer to my family. I have my masters in structural physiology and movement integration (SPMI Technique's), as a body evolve therapist. I am licensed massage therapist in Utah and Hawaii and am excited to extend this form of healing to more people. I am here to facilitate healing to as many people as possible and my goal is to get you to a point where you feel incredible in your body. Massage Therapy
Designed to alleviate severe tension, deep tissue massage targets chronically tight areas of the body by applying a slow, firm pressure. This modality is especially needful for those who lack normal range of motion, or suffer from overworked muscles due to injury or prolonged holding patterns.
Reflexology
Also known as Zone Therapy, Reflexology is based on the theory that the entire body, including organs, is mapped out on the feet, hands, and head. By applying pressure to a specific point, the therapist may access a corresponding location on the body, and thus access areas otherwise unreachable. Reflexology has been known to enhance brain and nerve function, increase energy, eliminate toxins, and improve blood circulation.
