Marisa is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2016. Marisa is highly adaptable to each patient’s individual needs and health goals. Her treatments incorporate Swedish & Thai massage, Indie head massage, cupping, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue techniques. She effectively treats pregnant patients, TMJ issues, motor vehicle accident injuries, the elderly, athletes, children, and people with chronic & acute pain. Marisa is motivated to help patients understand the origin of their pain and has found that body awareness & education is one of the first steps to recovery. As Marisa focuses on manual therapy & assessments, she also takes pride in creating a body positive, holistic, and valuable experience for every person she treats. Marisa is excited to serve her beautiful community in Burlington and the neighbouring towns of Oakville and Waterdown.

Each session is designed to release tension, restore balance in the tissues, and encourage a profound state of relaxation and renewal.
Lymphatic Drainage
This invigorating treatment for the body originated in Brazil and offers many benefits. It helps to stimulate the lymphatic system and reduces swelling and edema in the entire body. This treatment is perfect if you tend to retain water or have chronic pain conditions.
