Kelsey received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta in 2018. Late 2018 Kelsey moved to San Jose, California to pursue her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Here Kelsey was involved in a multitude of clubs including the Palmer West Sports Council, the largest sports council in the United States, as an executive member for 2 years where she attended events and gained valuable experience treating high level athletes. Kelsey Graduated December 2021 Summa Cum Laude honours and as Valedictorian of her class. Growing up Kelsey was involved in many activities including track and field, volleyball, basketball, rugby (albeit brief), and cheer. Following high school her passion for sports continued and although she was no longer a participant at a competitive level she began working with multiple St. Albert Raiders hockey teams as their trainer while attending the U of A. With this experience, Kelsey understands the value of getting athletes back into play as quickly and as safely possible. Kelsey believes in the importance of educating her patients and offering solutions where they can work together to provide quick, effective and long-term outcomes while also preventing future injury. Kelsey is educated in a range of adjusting techniques including Thompson Drop and Activator methods in addition to Diversified adjustments. She also utilizes Graston, Cupping, and exercises to keep her patients moving and able to do the things they love. When Kelsey isn’t working you can find her at her family cabin in BC wake surfing and sea dooing or hanging out either at Rogers Place or in a basement somewhere cheering on the Oilers.
