Growing up in Peterborough, Keelan played soccer for the city into her early twenties and her dedication to athletics allowed her the opportunity to travel internationally and compete at the varsity level. As injuries occurred, manual therapy played an important role in her rehabilitation. After completing her Bachelor of Science at Trent University, Keelan lived in Newfoundland for 2 years before returning to Ontario to complete her advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. Upon graduating from Sir Sandford Fleming College, Keelan has continued to update her education in order to further her techniques and provide treatment for a variety of conditions. These include courses on Scar Release Therapy using the Dolphin Neurostim, shoulder mobilizations and pelvic health. Keelan’s treatment focuses on the use of manual techniques to relieve pain, increase range of motion and relax the mind and body while educating clients on the factors contributing to their condition and their associated symptoms.
