Katie Seol is a Registered Massage Therapist who believes that true healing begins with connection — to our bodies, our minds, and each other. Her journey into massage therapy began in childhood, offering massages to her father and feeling the deep bond that came from simple, caring touch. Those early moments, along with his kind words about her “great hands,” planted the seed for a lifelong passion in helping others feel seen, heard, and understood through bodywork. With a background in working with children and youth as a childcare supervisor, Katie brings a unique sensitivity and compassion to her massage practice. She believes that no matter how old we are, there is still a child within us — seeking safety, understanding, and connection. Her approach is gentle yet grounded, integrating trauma-informed care, and stress and anxiety support for both youth and adults. She works with a holistic philosophy that mind and body are deeply intertwined. Katie hopes each client leaves her treatment room not only with physical relief, but also with a renewed sense of clarity, calm, and self-trust. Outside the treatment room, Katie loves walking in nature with her two dogs, King and Lucy, exploring mindfulness, and reflecting on how to live in a way that’s kind, curious, and purpose-driven. She is continually expanding her knowledge, with a special interest in massage for mental health, ADHD support, and — one day — massage for infants and mothers.
