For more than 20 years, Meg Sapp. LMT, NKT has been helping people feel their best. She offers a wide range of massage and bodywork modalities, with benefits ranging from pain relief to relaxation. She has studied many different modalities including myofascial release, trigger point release, NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), PNF stretching, cupping, soft tissue scraping, deep tissue massage, movement assessment, and more. She is always looking to expand her knowledge and skillset to have more tools to use during her sessions. She loves helping people heal themselves and finds joy and happiness in it.
This session will use a variety of techniques tailored to your needs and preferences. Please let me know if you'd like your session to be therapeutic massage (could be deep tissue, relaxing, etc.) or a bodywork session to address an area of concern, chronic issue, movement restriction, etc. (please wear gym shorts & shirt for this session). Modalities may include myofascial release, trigger point release, deep tissue massage, NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), PNF stretching, cupping, scraping, and more.
