My journey with fitness and recovery began when I started gymnastics at the age of 5. I spent the next 14 years as a competitive gymnast and loved every minute of it. After I graduated high school, I decided to switch gears and try out a team sport, immediately joining the Springfield College Crew team. In the off season I took up CrossFit with my sister and both of my parents. I also got into cycling with my Dad. Following college graduation, I enlisted in the United States Army and spent 5 years in field artillery. After leaving the Army, I moved to Maine and met my wife, Sarah. We love to bike in the summer, run road races, and spend lots of time outside walking the beach with our daughter, Zander. We also own CrossFit KGB in Kennebunk. Being part of the CrossFit community allows me to get to know people from all different sports backgrounds and work professions. Massage therapy training has allowed me to dive into anatomy and physiology as well as kinesiology, which is the study of movement. I enjoy working with athletes just as much as individuals from all different occupations. Massage can be just as beneficial to someone who works behind a desk or paints houses for a living, as it is to the person who participates in sports or suffers from a chronic condition such as arthritis, sciatic, migraines, or joint replacements. I love massage because it helps people become proactive in preventing injuries, promotes better recovery, and also improves mental wellness. To be able to positively affect a persons ability to move, gain mobility, and reduce aches and pain is the reason I love my job. Every day and every person is different and for that I am grateful. I love what I do and I would love to help you with whatever recovery needs you may have. With all that said, maybe you just want to come in for a massage to relax. Weve got that covered too. Life goes by quick. If you dont stop and get a massage, youll miss it.

Therapeutic Touch is a light massage technique that helps realign your body's natural energy flows.
