Gerda is a highly skilled physiotherapist who takes pride in delivering holistic care. She keeps abreast of the latest evidence based research and applies this to clients. Her thorough, insightful and effective assessment enables the development of an integrated and comprehensive client centred treatment strategy. Gerda utilises manual therapy, electrotherapy and dry needling amongst other techniques and has a special interest in postnatal clients and all Women’s Health conditions. Gerda has been a physiotherapist for 12 years in South Africa, England and now Canada! She is a mother to young boys and has taught Pilates for the last eight years as well.
