Nadia is a BCAK-registered kinesiologist who started her career as a personal trainer in 2013. She holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from UBC and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in athletics and clinical kinesiology. Nadia’s approach is centered on identifying and correcting the root causes of dysfunction. She tailors every movement and exercise prescription to meet the unique needs of each individual. Through her personalized movement therapy, she has helped individuals regain quality movement, overcome injuries and pain, build more resilient bodies, and gain confidence in their exercise abilities. Nadia can assist you in alleviating pain and preventing recurring issues in various parts of your body, including the pelvis and hips, back, knees, shoulders, neck, feet, ankles, wrists, and hands. She speaks both English and Farsi.
Please book if this is your first kinesiology session at the clinic. During this session you will receive your personalized active rehabilitation and movement therapy at the clinic with a registered kinesiologist (RKin). This session includes mobility, strength, movement competency, and other needed tests to develop your personalized active rehab treatment plan. Online booking and cancellations must be within at least 24 hours from the appointment time.
