I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in October 2014. I specialize in sports and injury body work. I love to use deep tissue, structural, trigger point, as well as relaxing Swedish techniques. I have additions trainings in lomilomi, stretching, and myofascial. My passion is helping people tap into their innate ability to heal themselves - so a couple years ago I also got certified as a health and life coach. Work plays such a huge role in the power of healing and I believe it’s a vital piece that tends to get overlooked. I love learning new things and I am usually doing research in my spare time when I am not spending time with my son. I love the human body and I enjoy meditating while working out, I truly love what I do and being part of so many unique healing journeys.
