Lawrena enjoys positively impacting individuals life. She has been a practicing Massage therapist for over 2+ years. Lawrena found an interest in massage due to her love for anatomy/ connection and client care. She's always been interested in injury prevention, home care and pain management. Lawrena is highly trained in trigger point release, deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone, cupping, prenatal and postnatal massage.
