A shoulder injury during CrossFit introduced him to massage therapy, where he found lasting relief and a new career path. Born and raised in Vancouver, Stanley is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and a former Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience supporting beginners in strength training. He specializes in orthopaedic injuries using a tailored mix of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and deep tissue massage. His approach emphasizes restoring functional movement, improving posture, and supporting the mind-body connection. An avid athlete, Stanley stays active through weightlifting, running, and swimming, and is always exploring new recovery methods.
