About Mila I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology, majoring in Sport Performance. During my time at the UofA, I played varsity soccer for the Pandas and was named a four-time Academic All-Canadian. Before joining the Pandas, I played for Trinity Western University in B.C. for two seasons. During the 2021 season, we won the Canada West Championship and placed second at the U SPORTS National Championship. Having played competitive soccer my entire life, I was blessed to work with some amazing strength and conditioning coaches. They not only helped me reach my own performance potential but ultimately inspired my career path and my desire to help others do the exact same thing. As a Strength and Conditioning coach, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals to help them achieve their goals. I have led on-field speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) sessions, and provided strength and conditioning coaching for youth sports teams. I work one-on-one with individuals of all ages and abilities to help them reach their unique health and fitness goals. I also help guide rehab patients through the transition from injury to performance. When it comes to training, I am passionate about helping people achieve their unique goals. Whether you are a high-level athlete looking to maximize your performance, someone returning from an injury and eager to get back to the activities you love, or simply someone who wants to train to live a healthy, happy life, I am here for it all. I genuinely love meeting new people and helping them build the foundational strength and movement habits that make those goals a reality. Staying active is a huge part of my everyday life. Although my main sport is soccer, I also enjoy a wide variety of other activities in my free time, including tennis, snowboarding, hiking, running, cycling, golfing, and walking my dogs. I can’t wait to get to know you and help you reach your goals!
