I have been practicing massage therapy, yoga and energy work for over 12 years. The more I learn, the less I know, but this hasn't stopped me from continuing my journey nor has it quenched my thirst for more knowledge! I truly believe that we are body, mind and spirit, and as such we should treat these three levels instead of just focusing on the physical plane. My passion for helping others heal has only increased through the years, and I love what I do! I have a bachelors degree in Health Science, a minor in Psychology, a certificate of massage therapy, and am nationally certified and state licensed. I am a long standing member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals organization.
Massage Therapy
A deeply relaxing combination of therapeutic massage and energy work that promotes healing and restoration of the body's energetic, emotional, and physicalstates. Reiki clears and harmonizes the bioenergetic field, chakras, and meridians. This treatment revitalizes organs, clears and balances mental and emotional energies, and helps release and heal traumas and blockages of physical and spiritual nature.
Reflexology
Experience the detoxifying properties of an ionic foot bath, which draws headaches, heavy metals, and stagnant chi away from the head. Then relax into bliss with a foot reflexology session designed to aid in detoxification and stimulate chi. Finally, get wrapped in an infrared sauna blanket while listening to a guided meditation for grounding, clearing, and relaxation. *no open sores allowed!
