Heather graduated in 2009 from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy , in addition to a BSc in Kinesiology. She is certified to perform Functional Dry Needling/IMS and has been an instructor for EIM Functional Dry Needling for over 5 years, during which time she developed a deeper understanding of dry needling application to all musculoskeletal conditions including: headaches, TMJ dysfunction, as well as foot and hand conditions. Additionally, Heather has earned an Advanced Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Therapy in 2015 and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT). Heather is also a former competitive climber and an avid sport climber. Heather’s passion for helping her clients meet their rehab goals is evident in the wide variety of conditions she treats. Although she has a special interest in headaches, hand injuries, and climbing injuries, her 15 years of experience have left her with extensive clinical experience in most musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
