Serena brings a deeply compassionate and intuitive approach to massage and bodywork, specializing in manual lymphatic drainage and therapeutic massage that supports nervous system regulation and whole-body wellness. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when the body feels safe, supported, and heard. Through intentional touch and restorative care, she helps clients reduce stress, ease tension, and reconnect with a greater sense of balance within themselves. She holds certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy. Trauma informed care and all are very welcome.
