Kirsten graduated from trillium college with honours, following her previous education & career as a physiotherapy assistant. She has worked in a number of diverse therapeutic settings that have focused on preventative health, rehabilitation and maintenance. Kirsten uses trigger point therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue massage techniques to help clients with a variety of conditions from orthopaedic to chronic pain. Her treatments are often accompanied with individualized self care and exercises in order to achieve maximal results from the massage therapy treatment. Kirsten plans on growing her skill set through training in Indian Head Massage, ART and acupuncture. She is very excited to be apart of the team and to be part of your individual rehabilitation.
