Cathy completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2008, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic in 2013. She has been a practicing Chiropractor in the Edmonton area for over 10 years. Through her practice she saw the relationship between structure and function, and how the body operates as a whole. She completed her Manual Osteopathic Diploma in 2021 to further her knowledge on this connection. She uses a joint by joint approach and targeted fascial release to remove restrictions, increase movement and improve function. Her area of interest include digestive health, pelvic pain and pregnancy care.
