Niloo Souri, MPT Physiotherapist & Clinical Pilates Instructor Niloo is a registered physiotherapist and certified STOTT PILATES instructor with a focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, movement retraining, concussion-informed care, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. She combines hands-on treatment with movement-based rehabilitation such to help clients move with greater confidence, efficiency, and resilience. Originally trained in Iran, where she completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Physiotherapy, Niloo brings a strong foundation in movement science and whole-body assessment. Her approach combines manual therapy, Clinical Pilates, and progressive rehabilitation to support recovery from musculoskeletal injuries, persistent pain, and concussion-related symptoms, with an emphasis on improving movement quality, activity tolerance, and long-term function. She has a particular interest in detailed movement assessment, looking at how the body functions as a connected system and identifying missing links that may contribute to persistent symptoms or inefficient movement patterns. Her work also includes supporting clients recovering from concussion-related symptoms, particularly when neck dysfunction, exercise intolerance, and movement sensitivity are contributing factors in recovery. Niloo is currently pursuing advanced orthopaedic training through the Orthopaedic Division as part of her FCAMPT certification pathway. Outside the clinic, she enjoys bouldering, dancing, Pilates, and acroyoga, which continue to shape her understanding of movement and performance.
