My journey into massage therapy began with my own experience of injury and chronic pain. That experience sparked a passion for understanding effective healing techniques and helping others find relief. I am passionate about supporting clients with chronic pain, MVA and sports injuries, and fascial tension. My treatments may incorporate heated stones, targeted massage techniques, and active and passive fascial stretching, tailored to each client’s needs and goals. My approach is focused on creating a comfortable, personalized treatment experience while addressing the underlying sources of pain and helping clients move toward lasting improvement. My goal is to help every client feel more comfortable, move with greater ease, and make meaningful progress toward their personal health and wellness goals.
