Josh graduated from Makami College in Alberta (2020) earning his Registered Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Diploma. Growing up an athlete, playing competitive hockey, being drafted into the WHL and enjoying other sports, Josh knows about dealing with injuries, concussions, and the necessity of rehabilitation. This led him to massage therapy; understanding how it can benefit physical recovery and at the same time relieving the mental stress an injury can cause. Josh’s goal is to work with each patient individually, meeting their specific needs through deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, cupping, mobility and custom treatments. Josh is also trained and qualified in Temporo-Mandibular Joint release therapy (TMJD). He is happy to offer his professional advice on strengthening exercises, stretching, movement and lifestyle considerations for overall wellbeing that may help outside the treatment room. He has a profound love of nature and enjoys golf, hiking, biking, hockey, snowboarding and playing guitar.
