Maria is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-informed care to help clients reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall well-being. She brings over 20 years of experience in client care and customer service, along with 8 years of rehabilitation experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002 in Philippines and recently became a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario. Her background in physical therapy and rehabilitation allows her to take a comprehensive, client-centered approach to massage therapy. Maria has a special interest in treating musculoskeletal pain, sports and repetitive strain/sprains injuries, postural dysfunction, chronic pain, headaches, stress-related tension, and relaxation massage. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every client feels heard, supported, and cared for.
