I graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 2018 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am now proudly dual-certified as Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Myoskeletal Therapist. I am dedicated to helping clients move and feel better within their bodies. With extensive training in connective tissue therapy, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, sports massage, swedish massage, and stretch-based modalities. With additional certifications in: Advanced Sports (2019) Orthopedic Sports (2019) Hot Stone (2020) Cupping Therapies (2020) Lymphatic Massage (2022) Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques-MAT (2023/2024/2025) My work focuses on advanced therapeutic strategies to relieve—and ultimately correct—patterns in the body that lead to pain and deterioration. Through MAT therapies, clients can experience lasting relief without relying on invasive surgeries or harmful pain medications. Each session is customized to the client’s unique condition, treatment needs, and long-term wellness goals.
Massage
The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Reset with a soothing scalp, face, neck & shoulders massage session. Including heated eye mask, gentle tools & oils to melt the stress, quiet the mind & restore balance. May include targeted body scrub & restorative wrap with hot towels & hydrogel face mask.
