Ralph is a dedicated and highly skilled Athletic Therapist who has been helping individuals return to the activities they love since graduating from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Athletic Therapy) in 2017. He is passionate about guiding people through every stage of healing, empowering them to move with confidence and strength. In 2023, Ralph expanded his skill set by becoming a Level 1 Shift Concussion Management Provider, allowing him to deliver specialized care to individuals recovering from concussions. Beyond the clinic, Ralph brings his knowledge and leadership to the rink as an on-bench trainer for local AAA bantam and AAA midget hockey teams. He also coaches dryland training and leads multiple fitness programs, including the Lunchtime Fitness Class, Simplyfit, and off-season hockey training. Whether working with athletes or the general public, Ralph is driven by a deep commitment to helping people perform at their best—on the ice, in the gym, and in everyday life.
