Physiotherapy Initial Assessment

We are proud partners of the Stoney Creek Sabres! As part of our SCGHA partnership, all current players, coaches, staff, and their immediate family members receive 15% off their Initial Assessment. During this comprehensive 60 minute visit, your physiotherapist will assess your injury, provide a diagnosis, and start you on a customized treatment plan to get you back on the ice (or back to life!). An initial assessment is designed for new patients who have never been to our clinic. Lasting 60 minutes, this session gives the physiotherapist ample opportunity to review your health history thoroughly and evaluate the area of concern. Additionally, returning patients who haven't visited in over nine months should also schedule an initial assessment. Please note: You may be asked to verify your SCGHA affiliation at your first appointment.
