Ainsley is a 2023 graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Having danced for over 13 years, her love of dance fuelled her passion for an active and physical wellness-centred career. Through her time at WCCMT, she developed a fascination with the nervous system and the physiological effects of stress on the body which inspired her to complete a case study on the effects of massage therapy in treating chronic stress and anxiety, and utilizes her knowledge to create a welcoming and safe environment in her treatment room. She uses a blend of myofascial release, Swedish massage, and yoga influenced homecare to create a treatment plan that is tailored to fit into the lifestyle of each patient. When she’s not in the treatment room, she loves dancing, rock climbing, and telling stories about her dogs and their adventures.
