Ida discovered her passion for massage therapy while living in Bejing, China, where she spent her spare time learning techniques to relieve pain and heal injuries. Since moving to Canada in 2016, Ida completed her training to become a Registered Massage Therapist in Calgary, AB, where she attained her 3000 hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Diploma with distinction. She is trained in multiple techniques including Myofascial Release, Cupping (Myofascial Decompression), and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Ida’s approach to treatment is highly individualized and based upon physical assessment, medical history and the clients’ activities of daily living. Ida is registered with the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.
