Heather received her advanced diploma in Registered Massage Therapy from Mohawk College in August 2019. Since then, Heather has worked with a wide variety of clients; from infants to professional athletes, and every-body in between! She believes in working closely with her clients to create realistic treatment plans, both in clinic and at home. Heather treats using a variety of modalities including: general Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, cupping, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and various stretching techniques. Heather has extensive experience providing treatment in injury rehabilitation, post-surgical patients, headache and migraine sufferers, to infants and children, pre-and post-natal women, and has a particular interest in treating the TMJ, head, face, and neck.
