Karen is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 17 years of experience. She graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek/Winona and has a strong focus on treating neck and low back injuries. Karen provides general Swedish massage as well as a variety of advanced massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, hot stone massage, Thai massage, Indian head massage, and cupping therapy. She enjoys working with people from all walks of life and has experience treating a wide range of concerns, including postural imbalances, tension headaches, muscle strains, and nerve impingement disorders. Karen truly loves being a Registered Massage Therapist and is passionate about helping her clients feel better, move better, and improve their overall well-being.
