Adam is a registered Massage Therapist that graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge. Before Adam became a Massage Therapist, he had studied energy work systems such as Reiki, which then lead to his journey into Massage Therapy. It is Adam’s goal to create a treatment plan that will be tailored to your therapeutic needs using various techniques: Swedish Massage, tapotement, trigger point therapy and Pin and Stretch technique.
