I've always been passionate about energy, healing, and helping others. I began my journey with a degree in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State College, followed by Massage Therapy training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1994. Since then, I've worked in fitness facilities, massage therapy offices, and group homes supporting adults with developmental disabilities. In 2007, I became a Nationally Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, and I've continued to expand my healing toolbox ever since-becoming a Reiki Master in 2008 and most recently trained in the Restore Technique (Neuro-Acupuncture Light Touch Energy Therapy) developed and discovered by Susan Burdick. I specialize in therapeutic massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Reiki, and the Restore Technique. I approach every session with kindness and compassion and a belief in the body's natural ability to heal when supported with intention and care. I'm blessed and honored to support each client's journey to wellness-One soul at a time.
