Christina Roy has been a part of the Newcastle Village Physiotherapy team since 2010. Christina completed an Honours BA in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2008. She went on to attend Queen’s University and received a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2010. Since graduating, Christina has completed continuing education courses in Acupuncture, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Rehabilitation for Post-Concussion Syndrome, and the prevention of running injuries. She is a member of the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) and has completed the CPA’s Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Levels I-III. When she is not at the clinic, Christina is probably out for a run, taking a yoga class or playing field hockey.
