Karoline completed her Master’s of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. She enjoys working with a variety of adults including athletes, older adults, and weekend warriors. She uses an evidence based treatment approach and a session can include manual therapy, dry needling (IMS), education and exercise. Karoline is a life-long learner and has continued her post-graduate education in areas of concussion/mTBI management, temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, shoulders, and neck/low back. She has a special interest in treating runners and cyclists. Outside of work, you can find Karoline exercising outside, usually with her family. She loves running, cycling, backpacking, playing volleyball and lifting weights!
