I provide therapeutic massage as well as advice on stretching, exercises, and self-care. I take Pacific Source insurance, motor vehicle accidents and workmen's comp claims. Therapeutic massage is a blend of modalities and techniques aimed at improving function, rehabilitation from a new or old injury or recovery from a recent surgery, increasing mobility in joints or muscles from overuse or repetitive motion injury. Some techniques include: myofascial release, trigger point release, deep tissue work, cupping or simply relaxation. Each massage is tailored to your unique needs.
