Hi there, I’m Kiara (she/her), I was born and raised in Brandon, MB, which is where I completed my 2200hr Massage Therapy Diploma in 2024. Since I was a teen I have had a deep love and appreciation for alternative medicines and how valuable a whole body approach to care is. I have practiced yoga on and off for nearly 8 years which feeds heavily into my massage, creating a very flowy, slow, intuitive approach that allows me to use deep tissue techniques while grounding your nervous system. I’m most passionate about treatments with focus to the head, neck and face, I have also taken an additional course for TMJ dysfunctions, that includes intra oral work. Currently I am in school for Herbal Medicine and I’m excited to see how that blends into treatments in the future. The most important goal to me is creating a foundation of rest in a space that is non judgmental and inclusive to all individuals. I want you to be able to safely show up exactly as you are and help guide you to feel more at home in your body.
