Originally from Manchester, England, Marika moved to Canada in 2009 and has proudly called the Okanagan home ever since. After raising two children and working in a variety of roles, she chose to pursue her passion for health and wellness by returning to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist. Marika has a deep interest in the connection between the mind and body and enjoys continually expanding her knowledge through learning about topics such as neurology, pain science, and overall wellness. She is passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and achieve their individual health goals. Her treatment approach combines therapeutic techniques with a calming, client-centered experience, aiming not only to address physical concerns but also to promote relaxation and overall well-being. Marika believes in supporting the balance of mind, body, and spirit, helping clients leave each session feeling restored, renewed, and cared for. Outside the clinic, Marika enjoys motorcycling through the scenic roads of the Okanagan, spending time in nature, reading, music, dance, and singing.
