My name is Sarah and I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist for six years. I wanted to learn theraputic massage because I enjoy helping others. My goal during a massage is progress ; whether your issue is back pain, sore muscles, anxiety, medical conditions, or just simply to relax and take care of yourself. I want to help. I believe that every aspect of a person's body, mind and spirit can benefit from receiving massage therapy. My mission as a therapist is to treat every individual according to their specific needs. Each session is customized to meet those needs by integrating various modalities of massage such as: swedish massage, deep tissue, heat therapy, Reiki, Acupressure, and Esalen techniques into each session. I am committed to my personal growth and continuing education as a massage therapist and to working together with my clients to promote their education and participation in this powerful self-healing process.
All of my favorite modalities. This massage includes Swedish, Esalen, and deep tissue modalities. Warm Bamboo, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy are also included, along with energy work or cupping if desired.
