As a Registered Massage Therapist, Jen is committed to providing effective and professional massage therapy services to clients seeking relief from pain, tension, and stress. Graduating from Eastern Academy in 2021, Jen received comprehensive training in anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques. Jen’s approach to massage therapy is client-centered, meaning that she tailors treatments to the individual needs of each client. Using a variety of techniques, including, but not limited to, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, gua sha and myofascial release to help clients achieve their wellness goals. Jen is passionate about helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness through massage therapy, and believes in the healing power of touch. She is dedicated to ongoing education and professional development to ensure that she’s always up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in massage therapy.
